Owner, Don Russell has over 33 years experience in commercial/industrial real estate in the Tampa Bay market, specifically in the Pinellas and Northwest Hillsborough County areas. Don specializes in industrial real estate, including warehouse, manufacturing and flex space. He is experienced in leasing and selling existing facilities, site selection for new facilities, build to suit projects and development and sale of industrial parks. He has provided consultant services for industrial development of warehouse and manufacturing facilities and for lease analysis throughout the Tampa Bay area. Don also has extensive experience in both landlord and tenant representation. Don is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. On a personal note, Don was born in Tampa, FL and is a 7th generation Floridian. He is a United States Coast Guard licensed captain and an avid salt water fisherman and scuba diver.
