He then spent 5 years as Vice President of Development for the Alliance Defending Freedom where he focused on major donor development. In January 2005, he joined Meybohm Commercial Properties where he is currently Vice President/Associate Broker and focuses most of his attention on the Aiken, South Carolina market. He is also a licensed real estate instructor since 2015. Dean is an active member of Abilene Baptist Church where he has served in numerous capacities over 35 years. He and his wife have two adult children who are each married and four grandchildren.

Full Bio: Joel Presley is the founder of Presley Realty and specializes in land and income-producing properties. With over 25 years experience in real estate development, syndication and investing, Joel has worked extensively in pre-development land sourcing, market and financial analysis, site selection, master-planning, entitlement, delivery, and managing stakeholder relationships. Presley has master-planned, entitled, and managed development of innovative mixed-use and residential communities, representing private equity and generating hundreds of millions of dollars in capital investments. These projects have entailed over 2800 acres, 6200 residential units, 3 million square feet of commercial space, and several landmark historic buildings in key downtown locations. Presley also planned and developed one of the first Class A, fully-amenitized, single-family rental communities in the Southeast. Joel is a native of North Augusta, South Carolina and was graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Prior to his real estate career, he served for six years as an officer in the United States Air Force, and also worked with relief agency Samaritan’s Purse. Joel lives in North Augusta with his wife, Tracy. They have four wonderful children – three grown and one still at home. Joel enjoys beautiful outdoor places, traveling adventures and time with his family. He serves as a board member of Ithaka Fellowship and a founding board member of Logos Classical Academy, and supports stewardship groups like the Valley Conservation Council, Central Savannah River Land Trust and Tall Timbers.

Full Bio: Travis is a broker specializing in commercial properties, forestry, development and construction. A native of Lincolnton, Georgia, Travis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resources from the University of Georgia and served as president of Reed Logging, Inc. for 25 years. Before joining the family logging business in the mid-1980s, Travis worked for Barco International, an international agricultural construction company, as head of its Middle Eastern/North African division, spending six years in Iraq and Egypt. After Barco, he spent time in England working with Middle East Econometrics Limited researching and writing feasibility studies for Middle Eastern clients of the World Bank. Travis has two daughters, Shelli and Whitney, and five grandchildren and lives with his wife, Gail, in Evans, Georgia. As a graduate forester and a lifetime spent in the forest industry, Travis is committed to land and timber conservation. He enjoys shooting trap and sporting clays and serves on the board of directors of Pinetucky Gun Club.
