Full Bio: I, Brian Blackmore, was a residential land developer for 17 years, 13 years as a shareholder of V3 Realty Company in Woodridge, IL. Having developed raw land sites from 40 acres to 400 acres, I was responsible for due diligence studies, budgeting, engineering oversight, permit procurement, construction management and development, final punch out and acceptance. I am also the president of Blackmore Land Development Services, Inc. where I recently completed construction management on a 97-acre farm in Campton Hills, IL for a national homebuilder. Additionally, I am a senior broker and land specialist with Caton Commercial.
