Full Bio: Brad Armstrong’s real estate career spans over 22 years. Brad, a lifelong Shreveport resident, joined Vintage Realty Company in 2004 as an Associate Real Estate Broker. Armstrong received his Commercial Real Estate Sales license in 1991 and his Real Estate Broker designation in 2002. Brad is also a Louisiana Notary Public.
Armstrong represents various local, regional and national firms including, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and Texaco Lubricants of North America. With his extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market, Brad is an essential part of the Vintage Realty Company team. He does tenant and client representation of commercial properties including land, retail, industrial, office, multi-family and investment deals. Brad provides his clients with sales, leasing and property management services. He is also an asset manager within the multi-family division of Vintage Realty.
Brad attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Bossier Parish Community College and Adam’s Institute of Marketing. He continues his education by attending seminars, forums and real estate related courses. Brad has completed the education requirements and is a candidate for his (SIOR) Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation.
Brad is married to Dr. Shelley Schneider Armstrong and has two children. His hobbies include running, biking, swimming and golf. Brad is an accomplished athlete who has completed 10+ marathons and an Ironman Triathlon.

Full Bio: Hilary Bransford joined Vintage Realty in 1999. She has over 20 years experience working as a licensed commercial agent and specializes in brokerage and leasing of both office and retail properties. Hilary is ready to assist with all cycles of the life of an asset, including acquisition, development, leasing and disposition. Her extensive familiarity and knowledge of the market enable her to provide landlords and tenants with a high level of personal service and attention to detail. Hilary has provided site selection and lease negotiation services to numerous local, regional, and national companies including Legg Mason Wood Walker, Veteran's Administration, CenterPoint Energy, Charles Schwab & Company, Apple One Employment Services, YMCA, Fresenius Medical Care, Interface Security Systems, Crawford & Company, H & R Block, Edward D. Working as the Landlord's agent, Hilary represents an inventory of over 700,000 square feet of office and retail property in the market. These properties represent a varied cross section of commercial properties, including Class A suburban multi-tenanted office buildings, office properties in the central business district, anchored shopping centers, Class A lifestyle centers, retail shadow centers, and neighborhood strip centers. Hilary is also the listing agent for the commercial development of a 377 acre Traditional Neighborhood Development called Provenance, the first TND in the region.
Hilary is a native of Shreveport and graduated from Centenary College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Her previous business experience includes management of a software development group in Dallas, Texas and as an Exploration Geologist in East Texas.

Claire Childs
Shreveport, LA

Full Bio: Claire joined Vintage in March of 2016 as a Brokerage and Leasing agent. Her experience includes Brokerage, Commercial Investment, Tenant Representation, Leasing, Market Analysis, Site Selection, and Valuation.
A Shreveport native, Claire is a graduate of C. E. Byrd High School. She attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City. As a classically trained ballet dancer, Claire began teaching dance at the age of 12. She trained with companies across the United States including the Tulsa Ballet and the City Ballet of Houston. She later used that knowledge to create the widely successful exercise class and program, Barre 360, in Austin, TX.
After graduating from Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Anthropology, Claire began working for the Dallas jewelry company Staxx Ring. As a Designer and sales manager, Staxx Ring grew in popularity and was sold in stores across the United States.
In 2013, Claire attended The Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine. Upon returning to Shreveport, she created one-of-a kind furniture pieces in collaboration with W. Alexander Design. There, she designed and fabricated her own work in addition to executing a digital and interpersonal sales campaign.
Claire enjoyed being a participant in the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program in 2017 and the Louisiana Association of Non-Profit Organizations: Community Leaders program in 2018. In December of 2022, she was named as the Top Forty Under 40 Young Professional of The Year by the Young Professionals Initiative of Northwest Louisiana and The Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce.
She serves on the boards of Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana and The Red River Revel. She is honored to serve on the Guidance committee for the Women’s Philanthropy Network. Claire has enjoyed her past board roles on the Shreveport Opera Guild, The Young Professionals Initiative, and Sciport Discovery Center.
Claire loves spending time with sons Henry and Lear, running, and woodworking.

Alvin Childs

Full Bio: Alvin Childs has 40 plus years of commercial real estate experience including the development and/or renovation of office and retail projects and the acquisition and syndication of retail, office and industrial real estate properties in Northwest Louisiana. Childs recently co-developed Shoppes at Bellemead, the region's only lifestyle retail center with Chico's, WhiteHouse|BlackMarket, Ann Taylor Loft, Soma Intimates, James Avery, Charming Charlie’s, and Talbots.
Childs is actively involved in the continuing growth and betterment of the Shreveport/Bossier City community. He has served as the President of the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, President of the Committee of One Hundred, and Chairman of Sci-Port Discovery Museum and the Chairman of the Downtown Development Authority. He has also served as a Board member for the Greater Shreveport Economic Development Foundation, the Neighborhood Housing Services, the Shreveport Symphony and the Shreveport Summer Music Festival. In 1982 he was elected a Rising Young Business Leader. He served as a member of the Mineral Board of the State of Louisiana from 1988-1992. Childs is currently a member of the Board and President of the Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse of NW LA (CADA). He was named Business Person of the Year by the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce in 2014. He enjoys early morning runs with friends and is an avid vegetable gardener.

Full Bio: G. Archer Frierson, III joined Vintage Realty Company as a licensed commercial real estate agent in 2004. In 2017, he was named as the Director of Brokerage and Leasing for Vintage’s 17 agents and administrative staff. Prior to Vintage, Archer was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Savannah, Georgia where he was a licensed agent and real estate appraiser.
Over the course of his 15 plus year career Archer has been active in all facets of the commercial real estate industry and has represented numerous local, regional and national companies. He has also been involved in the disposition of various investment properties including office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, self-storage facilities, and apartment complexes.
Archer is an active leader in the Shreveport/Bossier community. He was a 2005 graduate of the Leadership Shreveport program through the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, as well as a 2006 Community Catalyst for the Community Foundation of Shreveport/Bossier City.
In 2007, Archer was named to Northwest Louisiana’s Top 40 under 40 by the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce. He is a 2012 graduate of the Leadership Louisiana program developed by the Council for a Better Louisiana for rising business and civic leaders throughout the state.
He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and holds an MBA from Centenary College. Michael Morrison
Shreveport, LA
Brief Bio: Over 25 years experience in Commercial Real Estate with a focus on new commercial development in the retail and industrial sectors.
Full Bio: Michael Morrison joined Vintage Realty Company in 2013 in their Commercial Sales Division. He brought with him 25 years of experience in the Shreveport/Bossier market in sales and leasing of all types of commercial properties as well as rural farms and lake properties.
Michael is a graduate of LSU with a degree in Geology. He spent ten years in Shreveport working as a Petroleum Geologist exploring for oil and gas in the Ark-La-Tex. During that time he served on the Boards for the local Geological Society and on the Petroleum Log Library. With continued contact with the local industry, he has purchased and sold properties here locally.
In 1990, Michael went to work for a local commercial real estate company known as Dowling-Gosslee. This company became partners with Coldwell Bank Commercial in 2005. In 2013 Michael changed employers and continues to be a very motivated salesman in Northwest Louisiana, handling the marketing and sale of commercial property. He has developed many contacts through the years which are seen or contacted regularly.

Michele Sauls

Brief Bio: Michele has been with Vintage Realty since it was founded in 1988. She is a recognized top producer with experience in all services areas and product types.
Full Bio: Michele Sauls has been with Vintage Realty Company since it was founded in 1988. For over 20 years Michele led the growth and development of the Brokerage and Leasing Department as Director. As of 2017 she is working as a full-time Associate Broker.
Michele came to Shreveport from Chicago, Illinois where she was employed with Rubloff, Inc., a developer of high rise office properties in Chicago. Before joining Vintage Realty Company she was with the Trammell Crow Company in Shreveport.
She has been and is currently active in a broad spectrum of real estate activity which includes brokerage, development services, leasing, property and construction management of all types of commercial properties including office (CBD and suburban) and medical office, industrial, retail, land acquisition and disposition, and buyer/tenant representation.
She is recognized as one of the top producing agents in the Shreveport-Bossier market. In recent years, she has also acted as a consultant to provide work-out solutions to meet more specific client needs of corporate, institutional and local owner/investor groups.
Chris Susilovich

Full Bio: Chris Susilovich joined Vintage Realty Company in 2017 in their Commercial Brokerage and Leasing Division and is licensed by both the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and the Texas Real Estate Commission. Chris started his real estate career with Hortenstine Ranch Company in Dallas, TX, handling farm and ranch transactions throughout Texas.
Chris spent 11 years in Houston, TX as a business development executive, fundraiser and consultant prior to returning home to Shreveport with his family. While in Houston, he served as the Executive Director for Houston Safari Club and consulted for several organizations to help improve process efficiencies, develop strategic plans and enhance development practices. Chris’ vast experience with a broad range of organizations and businesses has greatly strengthened his sphere of influence throughout Texas and Louisiana.
Chris is a graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana with a degree in Environmental Science and holds a Master’s of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. Chris is currently pursuing CCIM designation as a Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute Candidate member.
Chris is a driven and passionate individual when it comes to philanthropy and community service. He has been actively involved with such organizations as Noel United Methodist Church, CADA of Northwest Louisiana, Dream Hunt Foundation, First Tee of Northwest Louisiana and the Norwela Council of Boy Scouts of America. Chris is married to Sarah Susilovich and they have one son, Charlie.
