In this role, I assist clients with strategic planning and budgeting, market research and potential disposition of retail assets. In my previous role as a senior associate retail broker at Cushman & Wakefield, I focused on a special leasing project representing United Properties Investment in the Greater Milwaukee market. In 2015, I was awarded the MNCAR Retail Transaction of the Year Award for my work with LA Fitness at the Aurora Center in West St. Paul. Also in 2015, I was awarded CoStars prestigious Power Broker award for my professional contributions to the retail brokerage industry in the Twin Cities. Ive served on the CCIM Board of Directors in both a legislative and membership capacity and have previously served as the MSCA committee chair organizing events for member networking and leadership opportunities. Outside of my role as senior retail associate at Transwestern, Ive coached several youth baseball teams and have, over the past 10 years in this role, found that teaching teamwork and sportsmanship is a true passion of mine, one that I bring to all aspects of my personal and professional life.
