Ed serves as Senior Advisor for SIG Real Estate, specializing in the sale of land, retail and investment property in Tennessee. He has completed transactions with National Retailers and Rest Estate Investment Companies as well as local investors. Representing Buyers and Sellers, he has closed transactions involving, Land, Retail, Hospitality, and Office. He is well versed in closing distressed and stalled developments representing National and Regional Banks. Ed is a Licensed Tennessee Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and a member of the East Tennessee Chapter of CCIM. He is currently completing coursework with the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). Upon graduating from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville Ed worked in outside sales for a Global Electronics company for (10) years garnering sales awards and accolades including Salesman of the Year, Top Ten Sales award, and Number One Sales District several times.
