Worth, Texas. With more than 26 years of experience, Dunn has secured numerous transactions valued in excess of $400 million. Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Dunn owned and operated Dunn Commercial, L.P., a full service real estate brokerage firm based in Arlington, Texas. Dunn entered the commercial real estate industry in 1986 when he signed on with Kelley, Lundeen & Crawford. While there, his primary focus was on investments, user sales and leasing. Dunn later went on to become the executive vice president of Henry S. Miller’s Tarrant County office. Over the past two decades, Dunn’s creativity and tenacity in dealing with complex transactions combined with his commitment to excellence and professionalism enabled him to exceed client expectations and become one of the top five commercial brokers in Texas for more than seven years running. Active in the industry, Dunn is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Prior to advising, Michael served as an intern with SVN/Dunn Commercial for two years while finishing his degree at Texas Christian University in 2016. There he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics while playing on the football team as a walk-on. A Scottsdale, Arizona native and current resident of Fort Worth, Michael has always been active in his community. His civic commitments include volunteering at the Tarrant County Food Bank, and TCU Athletics through Texas Christian University. Full Bio: Courtney began her career in commercial real estate at an early age. With a father that was a commercial broker and a mother that was a commercial real estate finance director, dinner conversation often turned to commercial real estate transactions or potential family investments. She attended Texas Christian University, due to their outstanding business school and commercial real estate program where she learned the nuts and bolts of the industry. While attending college, Courtney worked for her parent’s brokerage firm. Courtney currently serves as an Associate Advisor for SVN Dunn Commercial and is also responsible for the generation of all marketing, recruiting and on-boarding activities within the office. As resident of Dallas, TX, Courtney enjoys spending time with friends in family, going for a walk on the Katy Trail, and attending local yoga classes.
