Full Bio: Steve Fithian serves as Senior Advisor and Managing Director for Sperry Van Ness / Visions Commercial. In 2002, he was awarded the William C. Jennings Award for Commercial Transaction of the Year in Texas by the Texas Association of REALTORS. Fithian also has received several sales awards from Sperry Van Ness including Partner's Circle awards in 2005 and 2006, the Achiever's Award in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Fithian is a licensed broker in Texas and California, and is a certified public accountant. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics with an emphasis in accounting from Claremont McKenna College.

Russel Wehsener initially began working in the real estate industry as an intern with a mortgage company in 2017. Following that experience he interned with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in San Diego assisting in creating marketing materials for luxury homes. After his time at Sotheby’s, Russel transitioned to assisting his family in renovating a multifamily property in disarray. Through his management of this property and renovation he was able to substantially increase the NOI and double the value of the property. Through this experience Russel realized his passion for investment properties and started to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Russel began interning with The Woodmont Company in 2020 on the brokerage and development team in both the Newport Beach and Fort Worth offices.
