Before joining KW Commercial South Bay, Eli founded Innovative Maintenance Products, a company that engineers and manufactures worker safety tools and oil field maintenance products for Fortune 50 oil and gas companies. Eli has earned 7 unique patents for safety products, including the Valve Speed Handle and the Elbow Shield pipe repair system, both in use by the industry today. Eli earned his BS in business from San Jose State University and is certified through the Harvard Negotiation Project’s Collaborative Negotiating program.
