I provide tenant representation services and specialize in site selection, market analysis, strategic lease negotiation, and transaction management. My background in investment real estate provides me with a keen insight into owner/landlord goals and motivations. I take great pride in acting as a liaison for regional and national accounts, as well as competing to win business and getting the best deal for my clients. Prior to joining Cresa, I was a real estate analyst at a national accounting and consulting firm where I focused exclusively on working with regional and national developers, private equity firms, and lending organizations. During that time, I gained valuable experience in the investment side of real estate and how demographic and employment drivers in many of the nation's largest economies relate to site selection and lease terms. My work ethic and determination to get the right deal for my clients provides a strategic advantage for the Cresa Omaha team.
