Ms. Zar specializes in “tenant representation” though she has also added significant agency work to her portfolio. The majority of her tenant work is focused on fashion, technology, and professional service tenants. Ms. Zar was named as one of “20 to watch in 2012” by The Commercial Observer, and was named by the New York Real Estate Journal in May 2012 honoring Women in Real Estate. In 2013 Ms. Zar was honored as one of the “Top Women in Real Estate”. Ms. Zar won both of the top two awards at the annual MHP broker award ceremony for her performance in 2012. Prior to joining MHP, Ms. Zar headed the commercial brokerage team at Metro Spire. During her tenure at Metro Spire, she received the prestigious “Top Producer” award in consecutive years. After her first year at MHP, Ms. Zar received the “Rising Star” award.
