Founder and former president of Cityspace Corporate Real Estate Services in 2003, Francois has over 27 years of corporate real estate experience. As EVP for Jones Lang LaSalle in 2000, he led both its expansion across Canada as well as its tenant representation practice. The global firm acquired BCFN Corporate Real Estate Consultants, a brokerage he founded in 1990 after spending three years as Senior Consultant for Leopold Property Consultants. Early in his career Francois was recruited by CEMP Investments, serving as chief executive for companies within the Bronfman family holdings.
Francois has worked with teams of international specialists servicing requirements for global accounts such as Microsoft, Bank of America and Citibank, as well as developing a specialty practice catering to professional firms and local clients such as BCF, Davis, as well as other notable public organizations such as the Order of Professional Chartered Accountants of Québec, Telefim Canada, the Société du Palais des congrès de Montréal, the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute and the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ)
