My focus as the Principal of Pursuit CRE is on multifamily investment acquisitions and advisory at the single-asset and portfolio levels. I work on the buyer/investor side of transactions assisting local and out-of-state buyers make informed acquisition decisions by leveraging my background in finance and portfolio management to assist clients in all aspects of their investment process. Utilizing value-add analysis, portfolio/investment strategies and a deep understanding of the real estate/finance markets, I seek to maximize value and uncover hidden opportunities for buyers. I have been in the commercial real estate sector for over 20 years, beginning with real estate finance on both the debt and equity side of commercial investments before transitioning to the advisory side of the industry in 2016. Prior to transitioning, I spent over seven years as the sole Managing Director of Vesta Equity, a private commercial real estate investment fund based in Sarasota, FL. We operated through all stages of the recent cycle as I oversaw both the lending and the investment divisions and structured the fund’s capital deployment strategies. Prior to Vesta, I served as an Investment Officer at CapitalSource Finance in their New York City and Orlando offices and as an analyst for a tax credit fund targeting affordable multifamily investments. I am presently on the Board of the Columbia University Club of Sarasota, was appointed to the City of Bradenton Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and was previously on the Advisory Board for the University of Florida’s MSRE program. I am also a member of the Sarasota Commercial Investment Division of Realtors and a current member of Leadership Manatee Class of 2018. I earned a BS degree in both Finance and Management from the University of Florida and received my MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with Beta Gamma Sigma honors.
