Professional Integrity, Dedication, Due Diligence, and Accountability In my efforts to introduce myself to potential clients I am typically asked, why should I use your real estate services? What sets you apart from the many other brokers out there offering similar services? My response is always the same: Professional Integrity, Dedication, Due Diligence, and Accountability. My dedication to duty and obligation was ingrained into my psyche at a very young age at the USMC recruit training depot in Parris Island, SC; that dedication has carried me through combat service in Vietnam during 1966-67, through 23 years of State law enforcement service, 17 years of legal business experience and continues to this day to be an integral part of my very being and the foundation of my business practice. Semper Fidelis, “always faithful” is not just a motto to me; it is and will always be a way of life. Not all real estate companies and brokers, are the same and I am sure you will also agree that all sellers and buyers have specific needs that are very important to them. More importantly, promised services almost always do not equal quality and the desired results!
