Greg DiVilbiss has been working in commercial real estate since 2001 as a commercial real estate agent. Soon after a broker's license was procured and Bristol Realty LLC was formed. Specializing in retail and office in Douglas and Johnson County, Kansas. In addition to representing Bristol Partners properties, Greg manages office and retail shopping centers as the property manager. Moonlight Commons in Gardner Kansas and Wakarusa Commons in Lawrence, KS are two properties that are in his portfolio. Wakarusa Crossroads and the Wakarusa Corporate Centre in Lawrence were developed by Greg DiVilbiss' family but were sold over the years. Tenant representation has been near, a lifelong interest. His family had a tenant representation company in California called Business Tenant Brokerage. Retail and office commercial real estate representation, plus land, has been the focus for the last 20 years. Industrial, flex, and multifamily projects are on the horizon.
