Jim Resha is a seasoned commercial real estate expert with over 30 years of experience in finance, senior management, and deal-making. He is currently a Senior Vice President at Sperry Commercial in Irvine, California and leads The Resha Team, a group of trusted advisors to commercial real estate investors. Jim is also the Chairperson for Sperry Office/Industrial Specialty Group, a member of the CCIM Institutes International Activities Committee and a Board Member on the USC Alumni Real Estate Network. Jim's expertise extends to structure both acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets from the ownership perspective, as he serves as Chief Investment Strategist for 1880 Capital, a firm focused on value-add and opportunistic investments in the Western US. Jim's vast experience includes directing the sales, leasing, development, and management of commercial real estate. He has successfully managed over 1.5 million square feet of industrial properties and developed and leased over 100 million square feet of industrial buildings. He also led the development of a three-phase industrial park on 50 acres of former farmland. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
