Have an IMMEDIATE NEED (as in CLOSING BY 12.31.14) for an 8,000 to 12,000 sq ft Industrial building in Orange or Rockland Counties of New York state. Will need 1.5 + acres to allow maneuvering and parking of 53' trailers, preferably close to I-87, I-84, Routes 17, 17K, 9, 9W, I-287. Buyer is a very experienced & qualified CASH buyer. We can set up a site visit on reasonably short notice. Prefer multiple dock doors OR at the very least the existence of footings and frost walls so we can install them if need be.

Need 7-10K sq ft with 12-20' ceilings and 4 docks (or the ability to install them) on 3/4 to 1 acre in White Plains / New Rochelle area for immediate purchase. Would like a fenced yard but buyer is willing to fence yard so we're open to all possibilities that meet our general criteria. Need parking for 6 - 9 straight trucks and room for tractor trailer access. Close to highways such as I-287 is preferred given the truck restriction on the many area Parkways.
