Originally born in the Houston area, Jessica grew up on her family ranch further north in Navasota, Texas. She has been a native of the Grimes County area most of her life and after graduating high school she immediately had a calling for real estate early on. Her journey started in 2004 with Gods Country Realty out of Magnolia, Texas selling residential foreclosures and investments to clients all over the Greater North Houston area. She later progressed her focus into home/land sales in Grimes County and gained experience in property management in the Bryan/College Station area for a few years. Jessicas ambition to help others pursue their dream home or investment opportunity has been her passion for years. With her prior experience in the BCS area and the abundance of growth happening she felt a calling to shift this direction joining Riverstone Companies, LLC. Jessica lives nearby in the Iola area with her family and joys going to her children's sporting events and coaching. She also assists with sales, helping her family's house moving business established in 1957, The Sipe Boys of Texas, LLC.
