As a Commercial Real Estate Professional, I am constantly working on complex transactions where I utilize my skills, experience, in depth market knowledge, and expertise to maneuver obstacles and deliver best satisfying results to my clients. Early in my career, I have invested in bank owned Single Family properties, fixing, flipping and reselling for profit, which further intrigued my interest to explore the Real Estate Investment world. My clients include a great mix of Savvy Investment Groups, Individual Investors, First Time Investors, Corporate Clients, Small Business Owners, Estates Liquidations and Banks. I consult with clients on property and investment valuations, user decisions, acquisitions, dispositions, market and financial feasibilities to achieve best contract terms using interest based negotiations and best yields using various financial analysis techniques. I have a "client first" philosophy that has always been my approach and I believe in a transparent communication client relationship and to continuously improve my skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the curve and to add more value to my clients, enhancing their investments and my career.
