I lead the Net Leased Retail Properties in Phoenix, selling investment property in every market throughout the United States. We source aggressive buyers on a local, national and global level for institutional and high net worth owners of commercial real estate. Our focus consists of selling Power Centers, Shopping Centers, Single Tenant, Sale/Leasebacks and Portfolios. We are ranked as one of the top investment sale teams in the country, which has led to widespread industry recognition. We advise each client on every investment sale transaction, including extensive portfolio review, strategy and valuation. We tailor financing solutions to improve cash flow objectives, offer expert underwriting and create value for owners through strong tenant relationships, and best in market research services. The team at CBRE is the one of the largest and safest choice in the marketplace. I've been in the business since 2004 and am actively involved in commercial real estate organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. I've led and organized the ICSC Phoenix Convention and the ULI Partnership Forum mentor groups for many years. I graduated from Arizona State University with a business marketing degree and studied abroad in Florence, Italy. My wife Tamara, and I have two children and reside in Scottsdale, Arizona. In my spare time I enjoy driving the real estate market looking for new investment and development opportunities. I also enjoy playing golf, hiking Camelback Mountain, traveling and spending time with my family.
