Immediate need to purchase and develop a truck terminal for diesel and kerosene fueling on a 3-5 acre parcel.
Rail spur would be great but not required.
Needs to be within 5-8 minutes from I-465 so could be slightly out of Indianapolis.
As an alternative to undeveloped land, could take parcel that has properties that the cost basis makes sense to demolish and redevelop for this use.

Jumha (Jimmy) Shatara started his real estate career in property management, overseeing large Class C value add apartment complexes in 2012 where he learned the processes and functions of both leasing, collections, capital improvements, insurance claims and financing from various stakeholders at his company, Pangea Real Estate.
