Jumha (Jimmy) Shatara started his real estate career in property management, overseeing large Class C value add apartment complexes in 2012 where he learned the processes and functions of both leasing, collections, capital improvements, insurance claims and financing from various stakeholders at his company, Pangea Real Estate. Combining his background of property management as well as the rehabilitation of residential homes, he made his career into helping investors seek out opportunities in rentals throughout the Greater Indianapolis area.
