Karina Balschuweit was raised in Germany and came to the U. S. to attend the University of Oklahoma. During college, Karina was a builder’s representative, interning for a local builder where real estate piqued her interest. Upon graduation from the Michael F. Price College of Business, she put her business and marketing degree to work when she accepted a position as the Chief Financial Officer for Keller Williams Realty Mulinix in Norman, OK. While working in the real estate industry at Keller Williams for over 10 years, Karina observed and participated in hundreds of real estate transactions. Karina obtained her real estate license in 2015. Initially, Karina worked primarily in the residential sector. By focusing on her client relationships and providing the best service to her customers, Karina earned recognition as KW Mulinix Rookie of the Year. In response to her customers’ needs, Karina started working commercial transactions. As she continued to work on the commercial side of real estate, Karina discovered her true passion. Karina joined KW Commercial in 2018 specializing in multifamily housing and other asset classes in the Oklahoma market. Karina has a proven track record of working tirelessly on behalf of her clients. She exercises the highest integrity and negotiates vigorously for her clients.
