Katelyn Panella serves as a leasing specialist for landlords and tenants at the Las Vegas office of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. Raised around sales, Katelyn developed a passion for real estate at a young age. Beginning her career with Realty Executives and Metro Property Management, she developed a solid foundation for marketing and maintaining healthy client relationships. Upon arriving to Las Vegas, NV, Katelyn began her education in Interior Design where she established extensive understanding for land development and space planning. She also has a passion for hands-on experiences and has been involved in house flipping projects and volunteering in the building of residential structures. Katelyn’s career with Cushman & Wakefield began in 2015 when she began working with Landlord Rep, Pete Janemark actively participating in transactions from leasing to sales. Katelyn has more than four years’ experience of market research, marketing and transaction development. She brings enthusiasm, hard work, integrity and a creative approach to every detail in each transaction. Becoming an expert at Broker Opinions of Value, she has developed a keen understanding of the unique characteristics of the different parts of the Valley.
