With over 5 decades of commercial real estate sales, leasing, and appraisal experience, I've dealt with virtually every type of commercial property. However, as a broker, my primary role is as a seller's agent concentrating my attention on various types of industrial uses including light industrial, flex, warehouse distribution, and various types of manufacturing uses.
