I have a Buyer looking to acquire a NNN net lease for a quality single tenant property in Florida. No ground leases. Lease should have at least 11 years remaining with a cap rate no lower than 7% abosolute. The property should be priced at $3 mil or below.


The Buyer likes the Orlando area, but will consider other parts of Florida only. Please send me a CA and flyer on the property.
