Kevin Cronin is President & CEO of CroninCRE. Kevin began his commercial real estate career as Managing Director of The Mehigan Company (TMC) in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to TMC, he was an investor, advisor and executive working with many early stage companies where he experienced first-hand the importance of efficient cash management and cost containment. He brings this unique perspective and appreciation for the need to balance flexibility for growth and value in office transactions to all his assignments and clients. Kevin works exclusively as a tenant advisory, focused solely on maximizing leverage for office tenants in their lease transactions. He has experience negotiating transactions of all sizes ranging from first offices for startups, to relocating mature businesses, to complex rightsizing, to multiple headquarter lease transactions for a rapidly growing international enterprise. Born in San Francisco, Kevin has strong ties to The City and is committed to giving back to the community. He is a co-founder and current board member of The Dante’s Boys Foundation (formerly The Dante Benedetti Foundation), providing meaningful financial support to organizations that facilitate active participation in sports for under-served youth. Kevin graduated from the University of San Francisco and was a captain of the baseball team before he began his professional career with IBM in 1980.
