Kirk Butterfield has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker since 2011 and specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate properties in the Southern Maine and New Hampshire areas. A candidate for the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Kirk enjoys the continuum of education afforded within the real estate industry. And he greatly enjoys putting his vast real estate and business knowledge to work in the local markets. Kirk began in real estate upon graduating from Brandeis University in 1983. His top focus has been and continues to be on client services. His top skills include; strategic thinking, overcoming business challenges through problem solving, solution-based strategies, win-win negotiating, grass roots marketing and project management. He is also excellent at interpersonal relations and team building. Kirk has three sons and is very active in the local schools as a coach, advisor and committee member. He's a past President of the Kennebunk Portside Rotary, part of Rotary International. Kirk is also a past president of the Kennebunk Clash Club Soccer Program. He is also a past board member of the Kennebunk Free Library, and is a long-time little league baseball coach and program volunteer.
