Lauri Stefanou, Vice President of Sales and Leasing, has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. To date she has participated in over $25,375,000 in sales and more than $2,500,000 in lease transactions. Lauri skillfully capitalizes on her vast referral network and affiliations by bringing her connections and clients opportunities afforded by Equity, a truly full service brokerage, property management, construction and development company. After an eighteen-year sales, marketing and management career serving the professional beauty industry, Lauri began her real estate career in 2002. Lauri has worked for two separate developers as Director of Sales and Marketing in which she sold luxury condominiums and has been a top producing Retail and Office Sales and Leasing Specialist with both Equity and Prudential Commercial Real Estate. She continues to provide essential counsel, brokerage and property management services to an array of tenants, landlords, franchisees, franchisors and owners. Lauri realizes that it takes more than site selection and negotiation skills to succeed in commercial real estate. Her number one priority is to understand her clients’ needs, then to maximize their results by taking time to network with Economic Development Corporations (EDCs), other corporate brokers, business owners, networking organizations. In that sense, Lauri functions as a real estate “headhunter” for her clients, whether an individual or major corporation.
