Lee Racine is a 35+ year veteran who has focused his entire career in Real Estate. He has been involved as an Accredited MN Tax Assessor, Department Manager, and Tax Court Representative. He initiated his own Real Estate Appraisal Firm and the following years became one of the largest and most successful real estate companies in the metro area. I understand that today's commercial real estate market is both an art and a science, A marriage between objective analysis and negotiations.
