I have been a commercial agent/broker for 25 years and in real estate for 33 years. I received my CCIM designation 5 years ago and an AS degree in Real Estate 20 years ago. I work with small independent investors and sellers starting with their needs and aspirations. Through the years I started as a retail leasing agent working with five retail centers in the Northern California area. Since that time, I have branched out to work with referrals. I have a very loyal following working with 100% referrals. I have been a past president of the Board of Realtors and currently work as a volunteer at Enloe Hospital including a board of Volunteers position.
