Lloyd C. Berger founded Berger Commercial Realty in January 1998 and has overseen the firm’s continued growth. Today, the firm provides management services to a portfolio in excess of 7 million square feet of commercial properties and was recently ranked one of the top brokerage firms in Florida. Mr. Berger provides strategic oversight on client matters and efficient management and execution of carefully developed action plans. He offers clients creativity, value and extensive market knowledge. During the past 20 years, Mr. Berger has closed numerous transactions with tenants and principals of both local and national significance. He also has acted as a court-appointed receiver on more than 150 cases.
