Lorenzo M. Wooten Jr., Managing Director with Keller Williams Commercial, and his team, The Wooten Group, have been creating value for property owners, tenants, and real estate investors in Prince George's county and Washington DC since 2008 with commercial real estate sales, leasing, and development The Wooten Group has brokered over $10 million in commercial real estate sales and lease deals in 2016 and over $25 million since 2014. The Wooten Group has successfully represented national companies such as D1 Sports and Fitness, and local clients such as Keller Williams Preferred Properties, Metropolitan Baptist Church, Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Lennar Homes (retail division) and numerous other business owners and property owners. The team’s in-depth local market knowledge, extensive community relationships, commitment to delivering superior customer service, and twenty-plus years of real estate experience, and allows their clients to save money and time and achieve their real estate goals. Lorenzo's real estate career spans over twenty years including four years as a Loan Officer, five years as a Regional Manager with Fannie Mae (2002-2007), and over ten year’s experience with real estate development. Lorenzo became a Commercial Agent with Keller Williams Preferred Properties in 2008, and he has served as the Managing Director since 2012. His educational background includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Lincoln University, and obtaining his M.B.A from University of Maryland, University College in 2004. Lorenzo also received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in March 2015. Lorenzo is also an Educational Instructor with the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors (PGCAR) and with the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR). Lorenzo is active in several local organizations, including serving as a member of the Board of Directors for FSC First, a financial institution focused on small business lending in Prince George's county. He also volunteers through Junior Achievement of America, 100 Black Men of Prince George's County, Associate Leadership Council (ALC) with Keller Williams Preferred Properties, and his fraternity Kappa Alpha PSI Fraternity Inc. Lorenzo is also a 2015 graduate of The Leadership Maryland.
