Loshini began her academic career teaching economics at a local university and abroad. During her tenure, she was awarded a fellowship to pursue post-graduate research at the London School of Economics (LSE). After emigrating to the United States, she joined Yardi Systems Inc., a software leader in real estate asset and property management solutions. In her role as a Training Specialist, she directed associate training programs and trained clients on site. In addition, she analyzed client operating environments and workflow processes for integration with Yardi's products. Loshini spent over ten years in information technology working at a large diversified real estate company responsible for the acquisition, design, development, construction, leasing, and management of business parks, shopping centers, apartment communities, and mixed-use environments. As a Technical Supervisor at J.F. Shea Inc., she managed projects and databases. In addition, she designed and delivered company-wide training initiatives in real estate operations and finance.
