While studying Radio & TV at Southern Illinois University, he was recruited as a member of a "Las Vegas Style" Rock & Roll Show Group, from El Paso, Texas ... While touring the United States ... it enabled Marty to perform in some of Americas finest Restaurants & Nightclubs, all the while, learning the "behind the scenes" of each landmark operation ... Before his permanent move to Miami Beach in 2009 ... Marty broke into the Real Estate industry while living in San Francisco, which he also considers another "Restaurant Capital" ... While working in upper-management for Southern Wine & Spirits ... he founded and successfully operated a company known as "The Restaurant Brokers", specializing in the Real Estate Brokerage of Restaurants, Bars & Nightclubs, until the sale of his interest in the firm to his business partner in 1988 ...
