With over 17+ years of operations and recruitment experience, I have placed a diverse range of real estate professionals throughout my career. My experience as a professional search consultant led me to one of the leading commercial real estate firms, headquartered in the Houston, TX area, NAI Partners. In working in the search consulting business for almost two decades, I became a subject matter expert in identifying the building blocks of a great company. After learning more about the history of NAI Partners, understanding the corporate model, and reviewing the strategic business plan, I decided to leave the executive search business to help build the brokerage team for the Texas region for NAI Partners. Our organization prides itself on cultivating an atmosphere for success. My role with NAI is to identify, attract and recruit the most talented professionals in the Real Estate brokerage community.
