I am a native Houstonian, and resident for the last 30 years, I have also lived and worked in Austin and Dallas and have established extensive contacts throughout Texas.

Most of my career, I have been involved in leasing, managing and operating portfolios of commercial real estate investment properties. I obtained a Texas Broker license in 1980 and have directed leasing and asset management teams for several well-known national and international commercial real estate companies with large portfolios of assets. I have been directly involved in negotiating and closing over 2,000 leasing or sales transactions throughout my 40-year career.

As an experienced dealmaker, I have advised major corporations, institutional owners, as well as hundreds of small business owners and entrepreneurs. I have a talent for holding transactions together and successfully negotiating win/win agreements that accomplish my clients and partners objectives.

I am an avid learner is I am very passionate about exploring leading-edge business ideas and strategies for increasing the value of my client’s properties. I am very creative and solution-minded in overcoming challenges.

I am deeply rooted in the Houston community and I am well known for providing high-quality service and track record of success. I have been active in many civic organizations throughout my career and currently serve as a regional council member of the United States Green Building Council for the Texas Gulf Coast Region.
