FortPhilip P. Strazzulla is one of the established members of the CBC Paradise Realtor’s team in the Fort Pierce Office. Mr. Strazzulla is a third-generation Treasure Coast resident, who attended local Schools and resides in Vero Beach. The Strazzulla Family has been in the Agri-business, Real Estate Management and Development and Citrus industries since 1948. After attending the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University with degrees in Business and Finance, Mr. Strazzulla has over thirty one years of combined Land Development, Project Management, Community Development and Commercial Real Estate Experience within various private, agri-business and municipal real estate endeavors,. He will assist in any property search, site information and documentation requirements in finding the appropriate real estate investment. He was a Citrus Grower and Rancher for over 7,600 acres right out of college. Mr. Strazzulla assisted with His family in the development of company owned lands, including Commercial Shopping Centers, Golf and Country Clubs, Residential Communities, and planned Municipal Community Districts. Mr. Strazzulla has always been a steward of the land. He has experience with real estate permitting and land development regulation as a component of his early agricultural upbringing, and the natural transition of more intensive Development for several years with the sincere belief that well positioned and entitled real estate is a very important part of the key valuation cycle, and an excellent asset component. Mr. Strazzulla has extensive knowledge of land within the Treasure Coast, since being active in Real Estate Transactions in Palm Beach, Martin, Saint Lucie, Okeechobee, Osceola, Brevard and Indian River Counties.
