Professional Background Mark Helm has been in the real estate industry since 1985. From the start, he stood out. In his first year in the real estate business he earned his way into the top five percent of real estate agents nationally. Within a short time, he became a trainer of new agents affiliated with a large national real estate franchise in Louisville. He was the most productive person in his office and received awards for Top Selling Agent, Top Listing Agent, Agent of the Year and Super Agent (for consistent multi-million-dollar volume), and more. In December 1999, Mark purchased RE/MAX 100, Inc. and joined forces with Harold Helm, the largest auction service provider in the market, to provide Louisville’s best full service real estate company. RE/MAX 100, Inc. offers residential, commercial, auction, and property management services with a level of expertise in each area unparalleled in this market. Mark Has been the top selling Commercial Agent for RE/MAX Kentucky/ Tennessee Region in 1999, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, & 2007. Mark was the President of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter in 2005. He is also actively involved in the self storage business as an Owner, Manager, and Consultant. Mark teamed up with Charlotte Hollkamp in 2012 and they have formed a powerful team. Mark has an ability to see overall all patterns in the market and design programs and strategies accordingly that make a difference for his clients. Mark is the author of a best selling book (Number One in 11 Amazon categories) entitled Creating Wealth Through Self Storage. Mark is the founder and owner in Q-II Self Storage Companies. They currently own and manage over $35 million of self storage in Kentucky, Florida and Texas.
