Kyle Passage is an Associate Advisor with SVN | Stewart Commercial Group with a focus on Livingston County commercial real estate as well as self-storage investment sales throughout Southeastern Michigan. Kyle spent more than 10 years in the transportation industry serving in various management and sales roles with UPS and FedEx. In recent years Kyle expanded his entrepreneurial spirit by owning and operating several companies and he brings extensive knowledge of buying, operating, and selling businesses to SVN | Stewart Commercial Group. His passion for commercial real estate grew during the ownership of a successful facility maintenance business. During this time, he became an expert on business office space, including property management. Kyle’s market knowledge allows him to adeptly assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of office space and buildings. Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Rochester College. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Michigan and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). While Kyle is an avid sports fan, his favorite thing is spending time with his wife and two daughters in their hometown of Brighton, Michigan.
