Ben Stout is director of commercial real estate sales and leasing for Atlantic Properties. He has been a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker since 2000. Prior to joining Atlantic Properties Ben worked at Cushman and Wakefield concentrating on all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage in Southeastern Massachusetts. For the past seven years at Atlantic Properties, Ben has continued this focus. Ben’s primary area of specialization is in owner representation for the sale and lease of office and industrial properties as well as tenant and buyer representation of office and industrial properties. He is recognized as an expert in commercial real estate in Southeastern Massachusetts, most recently serving as an expert witness in the P.A. Landers vs. Commonwealth of Massachusetts eminent domain lawsuit. Ben is President of the Plymouth Industrial Park Association, an association of approximately 70 businesses of varied industries. The Plymouth Industrial Park Association was instrumental in the delay of the closure of exit 7, the main access to the Plymouth Industrial Park, by Mass Highway. This effort allowed businesses to operate without interruption while Mass Highway constructed the new Route 44. He is also very active with the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Board of Directors of the South Shore Young Professionals Association.
