Gerilyn Gleason joined NAI Daus in February of 2013 specializing in Office, Flex and Industrial real estate sales and leasing in Northeast Ohio. Ms. Gleason is native to the Cleveland area and brings a variety of complimentary capabilities to the commercial real estate industry. She began her career in interior design and project management, transitioning to commercial real estate in 2010. Gerilyn’s design skills and her ability to understand space layout, construction and project management, are added benefits for clients both on the ownership side and when representing tenants. Upon joining NAI Daus, Gerilyn partnered with a company Principal, expanding her knowledge of investment sales of office and industrial properties. Her ability to evaluate property attributes and perform market analysis to determine property value has helped her career’s trajectory. The core of her business is office, flex and industrial leasing and sales. She works closely with many owners understanding the owners perspective when constructing deals.
