Ara Rostamian joined SRS as vice president with the National Net Lease Group in the Newport Beach office in 2017. He advises clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail real estate properties throughout Los Angeles, Southern California, and the Western U.S. EXPERIENCE Ara has more than 15 years of experience in retail real estate. Most recently, he worked with Strategic Development Advisors where he was directly involved in over $200 million worth of commercial real estate transactions. With an extensive background in valuation and development, he is particularly adept at sourcing retail opportunities with value-add potential for redevelopment or re-positioning. He has an intimate knowledge of the market, and his recognition in the local industry as an investment expert has led to some impressive speaking engagements. EDUCATION Ara has a MRED (Master of Real Estate Development) degree from the University of Southern California and is a board member of the USC AREN (Alumni Real Estate Network).
