Brittany is a Senior Associate at Millenia Partners. Her real estate career began with Pelloni Development & Cursor Commercial and she transitioned to the Millenia firm in 2012. Throughout the years, Brittany has become well versed in all aspects of commercial real estate sales & leasing including new construction developments. Her "take charge & lead" type of mentality and her ability to demonstrate that philosophy on daily basis, gives her versatility and the quick ability to establish rapport with professionals and non-professionals at all levels and has allowed her to transcend cultural differences and maintain composure under pressure in deadline driven environments. Brittany is a tremendous asset to Millenia Partners and she has achieved an excellent track record of retail & office leasing and asset management for the Millenia portfolio by increasing and maintaining occupancy through successful renewals, re-tenanting several tenant vacancies and back filling small shop spaces. During her time at Millenia Partners, she has completed in excess of $20 million of dollars in sales & leasing transactions and at the same time has assisted in managing Millenia Partners portfolio of assets across the South East including high profile properties like Millenia in Orlando, Florida. Brittany's client relationship skills and high level of organization add enormous value to Millenia Companies. Her multitasking skills allow her to oversee all facets of the company from Development, to Asset management, to Brokerage all in a demanding, high volume setting. Brittany has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida.
