Kristen brings over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry to help her clients succeed with their commercial and residential property investments. Her experience spans all aspects of the industry including accounting, real estate closings, serving as a Senior Loan Officer for a Fortune 100 bank, operations management for custom home building and working with multi-family property renovation companies. Throughout her career, Kristen has been passionate about the needs and goals of her clients and focuses on bringing peace of mind to those that she works with. Along with a degree in Accounting, knowledge and experience, Kristen specializes in understanding her clients’ businesses and finding ways to meet their investment goals. Kristen enjoys working with local town planning boards to assist investors in reaching zoning and entitlement goals towards land development and other investments.
