Diana Anderson is an investment specialist, working to find her clients valuable real estate assets, including multi-family, land for development and property with built-in equity. Diana earned her CCIM designation in 2001 with her portfolio of qualifying experience focused on investment property. As a native Idahoan, Diana is well connected in the community. Her father was a real estate developer, broker, land speculator and well respected business contributor to the Boise valley. In her ten plus years in real estate, Diana has followed her father’s foot-steps, developing land herself, building her investor client base, and touching many aspects of real estate industry throughout the valley. Diana’s strengths lie in her ability to see the value, or lack there off, in a property as an investment opportunity. Her instinct and knowledge and experience combine to help clients find the right assets to meet their objectives. Her client relationships are long-lasting, due to her dedication and results. Projects she has sold include the lake harbor building, several building lots in sky ranch business development, large commercial land at ten mile and franklin, the eagle, winding creek development land, numerous commercial, multi-family and residential development projects. Her hobbies include hiking, skiing, golf, biking, camping, writing, reading, teaching and public speaking. Diana has written several published books, taught at the Sun Valley wellness festival, has been a keynote speaker at charities events, taught classes in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Boise and Sun Valley. Her three daughter, son-in-laws and grandchildren also live in the Boise valley.
