Jim joined Transwestern in 2018 to expand the firms agency leasing services in Downtown Minneapolis. Jim began his career in 1988 with a local real estate investment and development firm specializing in the redevelopment and repositioning of under-performing real estate assets. The depth and breadth of Mr. Montezs ability to understand complex real estate issues comes from his wide range of experience addressing his clients needs in every capacity and from all perspectives, from the Investors and Sellers, to the Landlords and Tenants.
