As a Principal Broker-Owner of Hansen Real Estate & Investment Services, LLC, Bob Hansen, CCIM, CRB has completed over thirty years of Commercial Brokerage and Leasing in the Pacific Northwest and specializing in Central Washington marketplace. His experiences in Commercial Retail, Office and Investment Grade Real Estate and he has been awarded the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 1980, and CRB designation (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) in 1990.
Bob assists individuals, small businesses, investors and corporation s throughout the State of Washington with their real estate needs, structuring transactions and real estate planning that compliment the individual of business objectives.
Due to our rural area, Bob has been able to meet the needs of investors/developers from his market place and Puget Sound area that are seeking large parcels of land for present and future development. Central Washington University has an enrollment of over 10,000 students which creates a stable student housing market that meets the needs of many of my small and medium size investors for income producing properties. Bob’s clients for office, retail and industrial uses are small to medium size users in both the private and public arena. Bob presently represents the developer of Ellensburg Triple Regional Retail Center – 70 acres retail development approved by the City of Ellensburg that will serve the retail needs of the greater Ellensburg/Kittitas County area.
Bob is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor Degree from the School of Business in Accounting and Marketing. Besides his professional designation as a CCIM and CRB, Bob has taken over 1000 hours of training in financing, marketing, investment analysis, agency laws and real estate law during his career. Bob has been an active member in his profession and community: President of the Kittitas County Association of Realtors, a Board Member of the Executive Board and the RPAC Chair of the Washington State Board of Realtors, President of the Kittitas County Fair Board, President and still active member of the Ellensburg Morning Rotary Club, and the President of the Ellensburg Chamber of Commerce. Bob has also served on committees and task forces for Kittitas County and the City of Ellensburg.
