Cameron has spent his professional life revitalizing urban communities along the west coast. In his prior commercial real estate experience in Silicon Valley, Cameron sourced & underwrote new investment deals, negotiated new land acquisitions / contracts / new partnerships / joint venture formations, managed forward planning with clients, strategized equity & debt placement, & coordinated land use entitlement & asset disposition. Today, Cameron leads the commercial real estate brokerage team with KW Commercial. Cameron is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the State of Oregon & hangs his license with Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere. Cameron has worked with a wide variety of clients, representing buyers, sellers, tenants, & landlords. Deals include industrial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and subleasing efforts. His clients are typically investors and growth-oriented companies in the west coast states. This work often includes business across state lines. Cameron grew up in the real estate business. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University. After starting his career in engineering, he moved into strategic consulting for Fortune 500 companies; followed by land acquisitions & development for a large family office in the San Francisco Bay Area. Finally, Cameron returned to Portland in 2018 to open his own commercial real estate brokerage business.
