As founder and principal of Corporate Real Estate Solutions, James E. Raisher has over 22 years of experience negotiating complex real estate transactions.
Mr. Raisher began his career with a major realty company after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Missouri. Shortly afterwards he established his own firm, Raisher Realty and Investments where he acquired extensive analyzing and negotiating skills while acquiring investment properties for clients, as well as his own portfolio. Mr. Raisher also provided site location, brokerage and development services for institutional real estate users. Before establishing CRES, Mr. Raisher was a five year top producer and senior partner of a Chicago commercial real estate firm.
Mr. Raisher is an active member of several professional and charitable organizations in Chicago. Mr. Raisher is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Organization (CREO), Chicago Board of Realtors and an active participant of the Corporate Real Estate Round Table and NACORE International Annual Symposium. These organizations provide open forums for discussions that keep its members current on commercial industry trends.
Mr. Raisher has been a keynote speaker at University of Missouri forums on the subject of real estate and real estate finance. He has also published real estate textbooks and manuals for college level real estate courses. Most recently, Mr. Raisher has been a guest speaker on a local radio station, 92.7 FM WCBR, as well as a guest speaker for the Illinois C.P. A. Association to discuss his expertise in the Chicago real estate market.
