I am a multi housing specialist and a member of the National Multi Housing Group in the Washington, DC office of Marcus & Millichap. With a large network of investors and extensive inventory of properties, closing deals is something I do very efficiently. Presently, I am the President of Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, DC Branch of the Multi Housing Group. Since joining Marcus & Millichap's Washington DC sales office in 2000, I have closed over 120 apartment transactions, consisting of over 5,700 multifamily units and approximately $335 million in sales volume over the past thirteen years. In addition to his multi housing transactions, I have expanded my area of expertise to become a knowledgeable representative of clients seeking to sell diverse assets, including office, retail, and land dispositions. I have completed over $164 million non-multi housing transactions. Today, I operate with a breadth of experience to assist clients interested in transactions located in the greater Washington DC metropolitan area and the nation.
